How can I book my band at The Colonial Theater?
You will need to send an email with as much information as possible (links to your music, links to your social media account, any local show history, etc.) to chris@cafecolonial916.com. The more info the better! Since the booking department receives hundreds of emails a day, we cannot guarantee a response, but making it easier on our booking department increases your chances of a response.
Are Private Event Rentals Available?
Yes! We have two separate areas available to rent (Showroom and our back patio). Please email us at info@cafecolonial916.com.or for more information.
What is not allowed at the venue?
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Outside food or drinks
- Weapons of any kind
- Alcohol, cans, or glass containers
- Drones, go-pros, ipads, lasers
- Gels or liquids
- Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods
- Chains and spikes
- Illegal drugs and substances, paraphernalia including marijuana
- Audio or video recording equipment
- Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, backpacks, and camelbaks are all prohibited
- Cameras, unless you have been approved for and obtained a photo pass. (cellphones are OK, unless the tour has a strict No Photo/No Video Policy).
- Any items Deemed dangerous by the venue or law officer All items are subject to change without notice. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
